Shipping Information

The current shipping cost within the United States is $5 through Ground Advantage USPS. You may anticipate your order to arrive in approximately 2-3 weeks, although your order may arrive sooner. Nelie G. Mae is not held responsible for any delivery delays, losses, or mishaps. If you would like to pay for additional insurance, please do so at check out!

International order recipients are responsible for any additional shipment fees and custom costs, which will all be collected before delivery.

Returns & Repairs

All sales are final. I appreciate your understanding of the time and energy each order requires. Please inquire with any detailed questions before committing to a purchase. Exchanges may be considered. 

Occasional repair requests may be fulfilled, but please recognize that glass beads and nylon string are not diamonds! Alas, these pieces will sadly will not last forever.
